Initial Integrative Oncology Consultation- 90 minutes- $750

In-person at our Louisville office or virtual via Zoom.

Includes the following:

• In-depth review of outside records, including your diagnosis and treatment course to date
• Evaluation of your health history, including your nutrition, metabolic health, supplements, and key lifestyle factors
• Testing recommendations that go beyond the limits of routine testing to give us a more detailed, personalized picture of your body’s “terrain”
• Discussion of integrative options for your care
• Review and discussion of your conventional/standard treatment regimen
• Detailed visit summary letter with personalized recommendations
• Above all, we offer a relaxed, unhurried, compassionate atmosphere that puts YOU at the center of your own care and gives you the opportunity to ask any questions you may have about your cancer journey.

Follow-Up Visits

In-person at our Louisville office or virtual via Zoom.

-60 minutes- $500
-30 minutes- $300

These visits are tailored to your individual needs, but may include the following:

• Review of your nutritional plan, supplement regimen, and other lifestyle factors
• Testing review and recommendations
• Treatment plan discussion, including answers to questions you may have aboutyour integrative care, conventional/standard treatment, or both
• Detailed visit summary letter with personalized recommendations

If you think your visit may require more time than the visit types listed above, please let us know. We can generally arrange for additional time at the rate of $500 per hour.
